keeping paints on

iv done a few repaints and added details with TESTORS paint. but they paint seems to wear off after a month or so. and it feels weird.
is there a spray or something to put like a coating on the figures so the paint stays?

Motto: "Those foolish enough to face me are lucky to survive, even if they only lose a arm."
Weapon: Automatic Acid-Pellet Gun
I could at best recommend the use of Games Workshop Paint Varnish/Purity Seal Image which is used on their acrylics. try also mixing up different of clearcoats on a smaller items for results first before doing it to a tranformers toy.
Vehicle Mode: Heavily speed modfied Mitsubishi Lancer Evo
