Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to get ahold of a 1988 Toyota MR2 Transformer... I believe that there is a transformer identical to the Toyota MR2 1988 car..... Can someone please help me as far as where to order this transformer? That would be great! Thank you so much! My e-mail is bobbymo6000@yahoo.com . THank you!

I could be wrong, but I have NEVER seen any TFs that were MR2s, I should know I love that car, and I know how to identify a car, even as a low-detail G1 TF, which this no-doubt is.
G1 Wheeljack, for example, is a Lancia Stratos race car (Street, not the off-road rally car version).
G1 Tracks is a (1978-82) Corvette Stingray.
I am quite the gearhead, but an MR2 TF would be sweet as anything!

This car looks really familiar, but I don't remember where I saw it. I think i have this old *transformer* (it's not a hasbro or takara transformer), that looks VERY similar to that.. it's small, about the size of a mini-transformers (bumblebee size, etc). It's a cream color, with sort of.. techy blue looking racing stripes down the centre.. and I think it has somewind up action.. unfortunately dont know where it is, who it is, or who made it.. lol.
camshaft, the omnibot sorta looks like it too.. but not sure to be honest.

Your best bet would be do to a little more research for yourself. Look through Seibertron's toy galleries and see if any of these figures match your thinking.
I assume you're talking about an old figure from the 80's so that'll narrow your looking down a bit. I'd suggest starting around the Headmaster's period.

Punch/Counterpunch comes close, though it looks more like a Fiero than an MR2:

BTW, Camshaft is a Mazda RX-7.
