Alright, you got
Fortress Maximus

then Metroplex

and last but not least
Omega Supreme

Ok so who really is considered to the absolute last - lay-it-all-on-the-line-all-or-nothing - line of defense?[/img]

Omega Supreme has always been the Autobot's last line of defense to me, even though Metroplex and Fortress Maximus are much more capable at doing that...

Metroplex.
Omega is big...but not Metroplex big.
Metroplex is supposedly titanic. Most profile things on Metroplex mention that it actually takes effort and time for him to transform. He's big. Really, Really big. No... bigger than that. BIG.

quite true. even bigger the Fort Max. i mean, Fort Max (though huge) could fly through space, but have you ever seen a city built for giant robots fly? that's how big Metro is IMHO.

How about Primus/Cybertron, if he changed into his giant robot mode like Unicron he'd swing a hefty punch.

How about Perceptor with a PowerPoint presentation?
That or flame-retardant foam. The Decepticons hate that stuff.

I'd have to say it's probably whoever taught Sky Lynx, Blaster, Blurr and Marissa how to play Rugby so damn well against Motormaster and the Predacons. Which I'm betting was Pipes.

I dunno, never heard Pipes say "Hey Bro, get your gentles on we're goin shrimping..."
I think in the cartoon Omega was charged with looking after the Ark when he wasn't falling apart from long flights, then he was replaced later on...
