Transformers Club Membership

I was thinking about signing up for the TFCC, but it has two membership options, (in the US) a "first class" package and a "third class" package, however the two sale pages are identical with the exception of name and price.

So my question is, what is the extra twenty-three dollars for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

First class is for getting your magazine issue and stuff mailed to you pronto. Third class is for getting it mailed to you later in the month at a more patient time.
