Import Tigatron yellowing???

Hi, I got a import Tigatron, and he has yellowing on one side of his body in tiger mode. I saw another one on Ebay that had the same thing. So, is my Tigatron normal? I kinda feel like I got riped off.

That is probably from it being left out in the sun too long on the yellowed side.
