At the moment I'd have to say no. For the price they're going for you could get an Encore with change. When the supply of Encores thins out they may look like a more viable option, but not having one I really can't comment on quality vs official product.

i agree. i find it funny that g1 prime KOs sell for more than the encores.

Problem with the Encore reissues is the paint job. It chips quite easily from posts I've seen (TFans for one) and no one's had that complaint about the bootleg (as far as I can tell)

Still, the Encore is cheaper, plus it'll come from a legitimate reseller. I wouldn't go for the bootleg, try for the real deal.

Just realize you'll most likely end up with a bootleg paint job on the real deal and vice versa.
