Alright, time for another fantasy battle that's going to drag on forever and ever.
Batman, the best detective, hand-to-hand fighter and strategist in DC, vs Spider-Man, with the Spider-Sense that negates Batman's ability to sneak up on him. Also the web-shooters, the strength and agility, wall-crawling, and the smokin' hot girlfriend.
So who wins?

This would be cooler to watch if it was black Spiderman. Plus I think Spiderman would certainly win then.
Batman is a little over powered and most people see him as indestructable, but if we are to be a little more realistic this would be a hard fight to pick. It would be a close fight. If Batman was prepared for this fight I think he would win, but otherwise the victory would go to Spiderman.

Batman would win. See Batman has been shown as a complete match for Captain America. They've fought twice with Batman winning once (Marvel vs. DC. It was decided by a fan vote) and the second fight he fought Cap to a stalemate, but admitted that it whoever would win would be so beaten they'd be useless to their team mates (Avengers/JLA).
Spider-Man couldn't beat Captain America. So in my mind he couldn't beat Batman either. Batman would be beaten pretty badly at the end of the fight, but he'd still be left standing.

It's best to assume every link I post is NSFW, and every post I make is just me taking the piss.

There are two ways this could end.
Batman uses prep time to find Spidey's weakness and decides it's a good idea to threaten his family, which results in SM beating Batman to a pulp.
Batman uses prep time and finds out that he should stay the hell away from SM's family and beats hims.
I don't know, I do think Spider-Man would win in the end, he had so many fights where it looked like he would lose and actually did lose but he always managed to turn the tide. Batman could tie him up in a net, Spider-Man would struggle and get out of it, Batman could beat Spider-Man half to death but that would awaken the instinct driven beast that impales and poisons it's enemies with the spider spike things in his arms (WTF but pretty cool).Batman would win the fight but he would lose the war.

I really want to say Batman would win, but he's human. Spidey is stronger, faster, and has the spidey-sense. He's also really smart, so it would be harder for Batman to outsmart him.
However, I think Batman is more ruthless than Spidey. I think Bats would fight dirty and throw the kind of hits to hurt, where Spidey would probably try trapping him in webs or something, where Batman could easily cut himself out. Batman could probably find a way to trick the spidey-sense, throwing a batarang one way while attacking from another direction, but I'm not sure how well that'd work.
I'm not really sure about this one. I think Spider-Man could kill Batman if he wanted to, but he'd hesitate a lot more than Batman would so....my vote goes to the Bat

I totally agree, Spiderman would hold back. Unless something happened that changed this because then Batman wouldn't have a chance. Spiderman is his own weakness in this fight. Batman fights dirty and that's his advantage.

Batman is probably dead by now: too old. Spiderman is biologically impossible. Winner: normal people.
