yeah, D-Max! We had Magnaboss growing up, but he's fairly incomplete. A friend of mine was set to sell stuff on eBay, but gave me first pick -- I had to have his complete Magnaboss! I won't be surprised if they update Magnaboss, but we shall see if he's like a Takara Tomy Mall exclusive, and/or boxed set. I love the original just fine though!

I love magnaboss, when I first started collecting again as an adult, he was among the first I tracked down as I really wanted him as a kid (but my parents said that because I was 10 going on 11, I was too old for tfs). Sadly however, I had to part ways with him a couple of years ago as Silverbolt succumbed to gps and crumbled.

Loved the idea behind him so much I made alternate characters up to fit in with the fanfiction idea I had. Athena, Ares and Artemis.

I am loving him too, Zero! I had no idea he had a GPS thing, and my copy is in really good shape, but it's certainly in the back of my mind to be as careful as possible in clicking and pushing parts together and expecting them to stay connected/unbroken.

Silverbolt/Skywarp is very interesting! I would like to think of him as neither of the known G1 characters with those same names -- I've taken to calling him Skybolt

yeah, D-Max & Zero! I am loving having Magnaboss in my personal collection -- my younger brother, the one who actually watched Beast Wars back in the day, has them, but incomplete nowadays. I got mine for fairly cheap from a friend when he gave me first-pick of his stuff set for sale. He was easily the gem of the ones I selected (including Generations Jhiaxus, TF Cybertron Scrapmetal, Real Gear Zoom-Out & Booster X10, and Classics Thrust!).

I'm thinking Kingdom will bring us an update to Magnaboss, though! Definitely leveraging Airrazor as Skybolt (!) -- Santon could share a mold with Rhinox (assuming he's coming), and they could retool Cheetor for Lio Junior! But we shall see -- I am only guessing off of the promo art we've seen that included Polar Claw, etc. What do you think?

Ultimate X-Spanse is so much fun! I know he’s spendy and almost looks like a fan-made figure, but I love his articulation, colors and combination of powers. He even got me to impulse-buy a Marvel Legends figure (but this also has to do with the fact that new Transformers figures are very few and far between these days)....
