i still dont see how a site cna copywrite images of a product that isn't legally thiers......

so you mean i can take a pic from hasbro label it as my own and then if anyone uses it i can threaten them????? i smell shananagins...

Because they received permission to release them early to members of the club only. It is not meant for everyone to see, in other words, HASBRO has not officially announced its release yet, and wants it to help in the clubs fishing for members, by offering exclusive material BEFORE the general public (ie non-members) get to see it.

This is the 'official' fan club, not some fan made offshoot. HASBRO partners with them.

The first one was and the second one would be enough to cause problems. I've also had enough of discussing this, we were told not to post it and that's it.
