Well considering G1 Hound wasn't really a warrior and used more hologram trickery, and AOE Hound has enough guns to supply a small army, I think AOE wins this one

John Goodman has lost a lot of weight in recent years. Consequently, Bayverse Hound has also lost weight. This means that he isn't carrying around so much guns & ammo in his 'belly'. This means that G1 Hound has more chance of winning. Absolutely true! 
G1 Hound can make Bayverse Hound waste ammo by using fake, holographic Decepticons and other enemies. In a place with no resupply, Bayverse would be tricked repeatedly by 'foes' hiding in shadows or behind objects. After a prolonged struggle against holograms, Bayverse would be tired with low energon and no bullets left. G1 could trap him in a deep pit and finish him with a headshot.
G1 Hound is skilful enough to achieve this win but if he makes a mistake the tables will turn and he'll have to run away.
