I bought a brand new 3rd party figure on eBay but the paint is flawed https://imgur.com/a/cieWT . The seller's now offering a partial refund and I keep it.

I would sell it at a discount, just enough so I won't lose money. Is there a market for that or I am going to lose money?

Honesty is the best policy. Sell it in ebay and be open about it's flaws. Heck, if there are MP KO buyers what more slightly imperfect 3rd party stuff.
