New Information About Star Wars Transformers Death Star

YES! Just what we need, more useless shelfwarming crap. They will sit well next to the Millenium Falcon sets at my local Wal-Mart. How many freaking versions of Darth Vader do we need? The first TIE-Advanced was cool, but the Jedi starfighter version was unnecessary, now the Death Star. Either make some quality toys or end this abomination now.

Also, if they're going to make a Death Star Darth Vader, they should go ahead and make Spaceball 1 and have it turn into the Mega Maid.

Somewhere I heard it was a posibility to see some TF turned into SW vehicles IF The SW Line did well enough

Action Fleet rocks

As for the Darth Vader Death Star, dang, I'm actually kind of entertained by the idea. Probably not worth the MSRP, but when it gets to clearance, I wouldn't mind another planet former. If I would get it, it would be my only Star Wars Transformer.
Anyone else think the line would have been better if they made up new Transformer characters that transform into X-Wings and what not?

Because it's Star Wars. Toy aisles are constantly flooded with SW merchandise regardless of if it sells or not.
Somewhere in a pokey little corner I sometimes find TF's. The REAL TF's too. Not some half-arsed logo whoring that SWTF is.
And really, Vader? Vader had next to nothing to do with the Death Star. Palpatine may have conceived it, but Tarkin was the one that ran it. If they absoloutely insist on having SW characters then it should be Tarkin.

I just realized the irony of it all. Darth Vader wasn't warned the empire not to be too reliant on this "technological terror" that they created, and he's the one Hasbro plans to have him tranform into it?

There's still one thing I want to know about the SWTF Death Star: does it have the exhaust port? And if so, does it end up in... er, the anatomically correct place on the robot mode?

For anyone who hasn't seen Spotlight: Sledge (and why not?!), my gritty and dark fanfiction piece "Holiday" is posted here.

The only one I liked was General Grevious, because he actually is a freakin machine. Not that I would like to see a C3P0 transformer. A rancour might be intresting through, but would be kind of like the rock lords of gobots.

It's tough, but not overly difficult. IMHO.

Cool, I have the same opinion. Lining up all of the plates and the shell pieces is kind of a pain. Overall though, I really like mine.
