Star Wars Transformers!
I'm getting the Darth Vader Death Star this weekend, gonna use coupon from Target toy book, and decided i was going to get the millenium falcon after that. Does anyone have a review or pics of the millenium falcon transformer?

some people here strongly HATE starwars TF like if it were an abomination.
seems like Death Star Vader is ok just cause it's another rare planet
TF, but I would stay away from the rest.
save your money & get Unicron or Primus to match your Deathstar Vader

No pics of the Falcon TF, but I love mine. Got it last Christmas for $15 when it was marked at $35- yay Target's mistake!
Alt mode pluses:
The alt mode is very good, w/ excellent surface details, esp. the topside. Very hefty and solid, w/ excellent sounds and voices lifted straight from the movie, I mean the very same phrases and sounds. A few Han quotes, some Chewbacca grunts, engine sounds, warning beeper, and cannon sounds. Great feature. The Chewy and Han mini-figs look pretty good, if slightly too large to be in scale.
Alt mode minuses:
The enormously out-of-scale upper cannon is necessary for the projectile-firing feature, but it spoils the alt mode. The lower cannon likewise sides w/ Chewie's robot mode , but isn't as huge, just not accurate (only 2 barrels). Mini-Chewie has to sit behind mini-Han instead of side-by-side in the opening cockpit.
Robot mode pluses:
The robot modes are very cool as well, the faces are a great blend of the character faces w/ a heavy mechanized look. Han Robo (heh-heh) in particular looks very much like his movie version. Ro-bacca (I'm on a roll!) even has a bit of his ammo bandolier on his back, a great touch, and lots of copper-brown accents to suggest fur. The voices are great coming from the robot modes. Mini-Han fits in Han Robo's chest, while mini-Chewie sits in the cockpit, now attached to Ro-bacca's shoulder.
Robot mode minuses:
The leg joints aren't very finely ratcheted, i.e. there aren't a lot of fine adjustments you can make to the legs, so poseability suffers a bit. However, you can get Han into a nice hero pose. Ro-bacca's feet aren't up to the task of holding up this top-heavy mech form, so he tends to fall over if even slightly nudged. But again, he can still look cool and as mean as his movie self.
Overall, and I'm not alone here, these guys are prob. the best of the SW TF line, except possible for the new Darth Vader Death Star, which I just got. My biggest problem w/ it is the voice- it's not James Earl Jones. Boo. The mini-figs and the little TIE fighters are nice, but they're totally out of scale, of course. (Can you tell I'm kind of a scale freak?) But DV DS is otherwise very very cool, enjoy!

The MF is one of the better SWTF figures out there. I pretty much agree w/99% of what HHR said above. If you can find it on clearance, get one.

Save yourself the money, all the SWTFs are pure garbage. All of them transform very poorly, and the plastics are below KO quality.

I don't realy like the Star Wars TF line. The only real quality thing about it is the ship design, the bots suck.
However I do have the Falcon, and I have to say as a fan of transformable THINGS, it realy does kick ass!
There is alot of kibble involved, and like the rest of the SWTF line it doesn't make any sense, but it is well detailed with a pretty nice transformation.
I do recommend it
An as I stated, I'm not a fan of this particular line, but I'm looking forward to scoring the Death Star too, beyond these figures, the line should be scrapped.
