Hey everyone.

I need help from anyone who owns the newish transformers monopoly. I bought one of ebay, and it seemed to be in alright shape, and very authentic.

But there are a few things which scream out FAKE!

I just need someone with the game to help me out please!

1. The 6 pewter figures that its meant to come with, aren't pewter at all. They are incredibly cheap chromo painted plastic. Has anyone experienced this? That in itself makes me want a refund, they feel like dirt.

2. The board isn't a board. Its a thin piece of laminated cardboard. What the hell.... When has a monopoly board not been a board, and just a piece of cardboard.

3. The box itself is VERY flimsy and weak. Enough said.

4. The dice and the hotels are poopy plastic, and in the "included in this set" it says its meant to be energon cubes, and antimatter cubes. But they are just little houses...

5. The instructions feel cheap and look badly printed.

As I type I feel more and more as I have been totally ripped off. It wasn't much lower than RRP either what I payed on ebay.

If anyone can shed some light on this, please help me. Thanks in advance

....but form your descriptions, im really convinced that it could be a fake. but pictures would be better, and easier, in determining.

Well the houses are labeled as energon and antimatter,
but the rest of it sounds suspicious.
I would need pics to compare.

I have this too, but I payed a quarter of the rrp, it's fake. Some of the cards are missprinted too. Mine came with two soundwaves.

when i got mine from the store it was missing the decoder what a rip off but ebay has its ups and down thats why i really dont look up stuff other than transformers toys

A picture would help me to determine if yours is a fake. I then can compare it to mine.
