Toy Wars: The Battle of the Bedroom.
OK, dudes, I'm just wondering, for those of us who actually play with our Transformers, does anyone actually, you know, have little stories, etc, going on with your figures? Kinda weird, I know, but with me, I've got the Legion of Unicron vs the Autobots and 3 factions of Decepticons. My LOU consists of Armada Cheetor, Armada Rhinox, Armada Sideways, Cybertron Sideways, Cybertron Scrapmetal, a Knockoff G1 Override, TFU Skywarp, Energon Starscream, Beast Machines Optimus Primal (Based on how fugly his alt mode is) and Cybertron Unicron. I have two factions of G1 Decepticons, who are in a civil war, between Megatron and Galvatron (Using Classics Megatron as my G1 Megatron) and so far, I've had Primus "Power up" some Autobots to fight some of Unicrons guys, I've got Cybertron Bendy Prime and Cybertron Snarl as my Autobots, and I've got Energon Divebomb for the Decepticons. (Don't ask why.)
Yeah, I'm weird, but if anyone else here has storylines, etc, with their figures at war, this is the place to tell 'em.

Right now its Armada Blurr and Jetfire are stuck in the Movie Line Universe.. and they brought along 5 Mini-cons with them. Of course... when Megatron sees the Mini-cons, something that hasn't been seen in over 500 yrs, he goes berserk, and tries very hard to get them. Somehow Blackout, Megatron's Peon is the only one in the universe who still has Mini-con ports, while the Movie Optimus Prime is the first descendent of Armada Prime.. thus he knows much about his predecessor's great friend Jetfire, and his Lieutenant Blurr.

Mt DBz figures and Transformers figures used to "duke it out" for shelf space, before the DBZ figures booted all bar the Alternators and MP Magnus out of the Bedroom and into the Loungeroom!

Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

As far as my TF collection is concerned, all are part of the same universe. These are characters from G1, Classics, Robot Masters, Unicron Trilogy, Alternators, The Movie, Attacktix and
Revoltech. There are also some other (transforming) robots, like Go-Bots, Gundam, Macross, Road.Bot (Happy Well), ModifighterS (Hot Wheels) and Neo Shifters. I've got about a dozen Star Wars TransFormers, but those are part of my SW collection.
I have divided all these characters into five factions, regardless of the factions they are supposed to be part of. If a TF seems protective and peaceful, he's a HeartGuard (Autobot). If he's kinda militaristic, cold and professional, he'll be part of the Corporate (Decepticons). If it is a Mini-Con or MicroMaster who isn't related to its bigger TF partner design-wise, it will be a Starchild (Mini-Cons). Any vicious or particularily malicious TF is a Prophet of Unicron and all Movie TransFormers (excluding Real Gear Robots and Sector Seven repaints) are their own faction, the Purgers.
I ignore the symbols these guys bear and if two totally different TFs share the same name, I'll search for a new one. The only TFs that are allowed the same or similar name are those who really look alike. For instance, Movie Prime is an upgrade of G1 Prime in my universe. Movie Megatron however is now known as Virulent and is a totally different individual from G1 Megatron, who upgrades into his Classics, G2, BW and Cybertron incarnations. Cybertron and Alternators Swindle are the same, Movie Swindle is now Swerve. All non-TF robots needed TF style names as well, so I made up a few, like Lawsuit, Fuseline, Hell Hunter and Seizin.
The story is a vast epic totally different from any established TF continuity. It's basically about the Corporation, which owns the original TF factory and uses all its creations as soldiers and workers, to further the evil ambitions of the human owners. Some rebelled against their masters and formed the HeartGuards, a renegade group devoted to shutting down the Corporation. Both factions are opposed by the mysterious Prophets, followers of the enigmatic cosmic being known as Unicron.
The Corporate suffer heavy losses when their new race of diminutive TFs decide to escape their slavery and become free individuals. These Starchildren are not real enemies of the HeartGuards and the Corporate. They are merely defending their new freedom and try to avoid contact with any of the other three factions.
Dagaroth, one of the human directors of the Corporation has ambitions to become a TransFormer after his death and gives orders to build a strong TF body. In my universe, TFs are mechanical bodies infused with souls of the dead, but normally a dead soul is randomly 'captured', revived in the TF body and basically offered a second chance. Dagaroth carefully plans his demise and subsequent rebirth as a TF, in order to become the first voluntary and predesigned TF. He is killed rather theatrically by the HeartGuards in battle and is reborn as Virulent (Movie Megs), creating a sub-division of the Corporation which designs and builds a totally new type of very sophisticated complicated TF bodies. Eventually Virulent decides he should be above all other life and his Purgers split from the Corporation, in order to purge the galaxy from all inferior TFs.
Rising among the ranks of the HeartGuards is Ransack (Cybertron Ransack, my first TF since I collect toys and therefore a favorite of mine) a young rogue who develops true leader skills as he is more or less forced into the position of a Prime, which was previously filled but failed by Optimal Prime, Yearning Prime (Hotrod) and Galactic Prime (Vector Prime).

Well. I sure am glade I'm not the only one who does this!
During the summer when my desire to collect TFs returned I started to think up a story for them, since I also have a moderately sized collection of Gundam figures from my Transformer-less years I also brought them in.
Ok, so the idea is fairly basic. It revolves around a war fought between the Autobots and Decepticons (I know, such a strange concept for transformers
)however, the mobile suits (or I just call them mobiles) are a distinct robot society that is kinda tribal and they get caught up in the war. The Decepticons ravage their lands for resources and slave labour. The Mobile flee from the war into the wastelands, but while their they great the Gundam Lords to lead them against the Decepticons.
So with their armies amassed they strike at the Cons, of course the Autobots have been fighting them all the while. so the mobiles don't really do much to the Cons since they fight only a token force, but because of the pressure from to fronts actually make it head way and come in at a crucial point in the final battle. So the Decepticons are beaten, and the mobiles being for the most part very arrogant claim a huge chunk of their territory that the Autobots can contest due to their weak position after the war. Also because of this the mobiles take what is left of the Con army and puts them into a massive prison camp where Starscream organizes a rebel group to fight against the mobiles and the collaborators that work with them.
So fast forward a few hundred years. The Cons in the prison camps are suffering from lack of parts and energy. Barricade and Black Out are patrolling the badlands when they find a prisoner container laying out there. Inside is Megatron and once free he rallies his scattered armies and leads them against the collaborators fortress and takes it. Soon he has overwhelmed the prison itself and is laying siege to the mobiles fortress on the island. He overwhelms it in a fierce battle.
The surviving mobiles fall back to an Autobot base on a smaller island not to far away and there they attack Ultra MAgnus and the forces under his command, forcing them to withdraw. I didn't get far beyond that, but needless to say the Decepticons eager for revenge launch an invasion on the mobiles. Optimus Prime also strikes at them sparking a three way war.
