which transformers have been lisenced from the other companys?

I know some of the g1 figure were from other companys. But were there any other transformers during that era or anyother era that were lisenced to hasbro and takara from other companys.

maybe gentlegiant or sideshow collectibles although they just make busts and mini-busts.. not sure though...
