For me, it's the following;

1. Prime..simply because he's Prime and I'm a nut for Prime
2. Ironhide
3. Ratchet
4. Blackout
5. Megatron

Alas, I don't have Starscream.

1 Voyager Prime(the legs and guns make him)

2 Voyager Ratchet(real big, real complex)

3 Voyager IronHide(great transformation)

4 Voyager StarScream(not an over all fan of this figure but it is a detailed transformation and almost came in at 3 but the overall bot design kills it)

5 Voyager Megatron(looks great, just to easy to change)

6 Voyager BlackOut(not enough effort)

I only have Blackout, Prime, Starscream and Ratchet in the Voyager series.

So far though Blackout is definetely my favorite.

Prime looks really odd standing next to Ratchet, just very small looking. And Ratchet is cool, but he's Sooooooo Green!

I can't wait to find Voyager Ironhide. I think he looks cool in bot mode and I'm looking forward to seeing how he transforms.

Iron Hide, no doubt. He was the first movie figure I got (back when everything was easy to find) and remains my favorite. His alt mode is great. He's fairly detailed (love the Autobot logo on the back) and I think his bot mode just looks badass. My one complaint is the lack of a ball-jointed head.

Of the ones I've got, Starscream would be my second choice.
