It's a Mobile Medi-Bay.
A tribute to G1 Ratchet.
Here's the deployed mode:
It's a lot bigger than my previous Ironhide Mobile Battle Station.
Why?
Because it needs to accommodate injured Autobots.
That big laser-looking thing is actually a repair-thingy. The red Kreo gun up front is the defensive weapon.
This thing was constructed with bootleg Lego parts and yeah, I'm limited by what I have.
