Shout's Complete Series Matrix set....when?

I've been searching for a retail-release date for Shout's G1 complete series box set, with no success.

I can't remember if they even gave a street date. Does anyone know when this will be available in stores (Best Buy, Target, etc.)?

Also, will the complete series set include the special features that are available on season sets?
