Mine is in good shape, but missing the cyber key and missile. I did trim a tiny bit of material off the energon blade to let it open up a little straighter, but it's hardly visible. Feel free to keep your missile and key, I just want your yellow re-paint from the tail end of the first Movie toy line. Must be in good shape as well.
