As in page two of the forum threads not the second page of this thread. Did that even make sense?
I'm currently looking at Galaxy Force Soundwave and his e-hobby black re-colour. I know that Red likes this mold but does anyone else have any comments/criticisms?

Curses.
If you get Scorponok, take the batteries out before you remove the tab. The thing is bloody annoying until the battery runs out.
Looks great, though.
Confounded! I didn't even know he had batteries. What does he do?
In answer to your question, Red, I stumped up and ordered the blighter off Hasbro.co.uk. I couldn't wait any longer.

He's cool,
Alt. mode is a bit reluctant to stay together but other than that all is good.
Laserbeak's great too

Makes noises any time you so much as touch the tail, if they're all like mine. Has a couple of sound effects, one of which is triggered by moving the tail, but is rather sensitive and gets annoying when it goes off 3 or 4 times while you try to transform it.

Are any of them the transforming noise, or are they all from the cartoon?

That kinda reminds me of Armada Galvertron with his constant 'the power is mine' diatribe whilst transforming him.

Think they're random sound effects. Thankfully the battery on mine didn't last long and it is now blissfully silent.

I didn't know they existed. If Ironhide and Ratchet weren't dreadful I'd buy them.

Those reissues are quite rare now and by "rare" I mean expensive...
Seriously you'd be better off looking for a good condition origonal then the takara reissues as they would cost less. I don't think a MIB origonal would be too different in price from some of those reissues now.
As for the KO cassetticons I'm after
just Ratbat. If anyone has one to sell (KO or real) let me know.
I'm still pissed off that my KO set had a bloody ear missing on him.

I think their robot modes are too shabby for me to bother.

My main critismns are that it took me a good couple of months to finally crack the transformation properly (the instructions were usless), and he's a little awkward to pose, partially cuase of his smal pointy feet and sideways joint underthe knee.
Otherwise the GF one looks like sex in robot mode, and isnt bad in robot mode. The lack of paint on the cyb one has put me off getting a second one.

I'll check the sale - have you updated your list yet Dough-bot?
On the re-issues. Yup those were the 2000/2001 e-hobby jobs so they're pretty pricey. Originals might be the cheaper option.

I have em both and the Takara Soundwave is superior to Hasbros. Soundblaster looks great too. They look great flanking Cyb Unicron with Sideways and Mass Production Noize Maze.

Picked up Escalation 6 today, as well as the paperback of target 2006 and Fallen Angel. So I get to read through the whole saga without having to wait months for IDW to print them. Wohoo!
And long smockstacks for 20th Prime are on the way.
But as this is the Disgruntled Brit thread, guess I should grumble something. The back issues they had in was of Esc 5. That means I have seen back issues of Esc 1,2,4 and 5. But no 3. And that's the one I'm missing.
Beast Wars FOREVER!
