I got Darksteel (at a grocery store of all places). What a difference a deco makes--he's awesome, whereas I found Sideswipe rather meh.

I had called it quits on DOTM toys till the $5 coupon came out xP

Used them to get Deluxe Arcee and the Commander Class Ironhide, Sentinel, Hatchet, Powerglide and Megatron. Also used it to get the Ark set (can't argue when you get it for $20 xD ). I'm not a fan of the little ones because they're half the size of the Deluxe class yet are nearly the same price, but when they're $3.60 (tax included) it's a bit hard to say no. Haha.

I also got the Legion Class Barricade and Topspin, but those were free at the American Tour event (technically the person I went with got Barricade, but they didn't want it. Haha)

i just stopped by my local target during the last hour of the $5 manufacturer's coupon and went to town. i mostly collect deluxe and voyager class figures, but, for $1.99 and $0.74 each for commander class and legion class figures, respectively, i decided tonight was a good night to start my cyberverse collection -- and i'm glad it did. i was able to snag twelve commander class figures and twenty legion class figures for a total of about $40 by using the coupons -- an 80% discount. i'm particularly excited about blackout, sentinel prime, and crowbar. on a side note, i really wish crowbar had a deluxe release. even though his alt-mode is a dodge charger and not a chevy suburban, i think he looks wonderful in both modes.

for those of you who don't know, it's really easy to trade figures at target since they're identified in the stock system by class and not by figure. i bought some extra figures as trading insurance to get the after-coupon price on upcoming dotm figures and on figures i wasn't been able to find at that particular target. i'll probably donate whatever leftovers i have into a "toys for tots" bin or something similar this coming holiday season.

I was lucky and found a lone Lazerbeak for 10$ at my local Wallmart.

He and Sentinel Prime were made for each other! Deluxe Lazerbeak stand proudly on Leader Sentinel's shoulders, scale be damned!
