I picked this up yesterday at Target and I'm very impressed with at least the Grimlock, its far better than the FOC or platinum vs bruticus version. Target also has a 5% off deal running till the 21st which is today. At only 29.99 I think this is a pretty good pickup

Agreed, I'm happy with mine as well. He is THE definitive Grimlock for my Classics shelves. And the vacuum-metalized gold on the figure actually looks GOLD instead of greenish-yellow (Platinum Edition with SDCC Bruticus colors). Plus, you get a bonus "blingin'" Optimus Prime figure. I never got the DOTM deluxe Optimus before, but I must admit, it's a well done deluxe-scale toy and very fun to transform back and forth.

I also picked that set up yesterday. I am very pleased with it. I really only wanted the Grimlock. That guy is now THE Grimlock on my classics shelf. The Prime is a nice little throw in. I really like the chromed out look for both figures.

I love this set. I want to pic up another.

But, people keep saying Grimlock has a gold look - I kind of see it, but mine's more a white gold rather than a gold gold, if that makes sense. Hmm. :-?
