Okay, so it'll be an impressive list when you get it. :p

I've wondered what would happen if the Ginzuishou merged with the Matrix.
The two are very similar objects, and bringing the two together would probably be amazing.

Amazing, yes. But also scary, since having those two objects merge means that whatever bad guy they're facing is seriously powerful.

Who says they'd have to be fighting a villain to necessitate a merge between the two? They aren't just used as weapons, but for other uses as well (like healers, for example).RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:Amazing, yes. But, if they were fighing a villain (or villains), two come to mind: Unicron and any of the five SM Final Villains (specifically Chaos).
BTW, would you enjoy a little game to put our SM knowledge to the test?

In America, yes. In Japan, however, it's a whole different story. They just rereleased the whole series in remastered high picture and sound quality boxed sets again!Coughler wrote:This show still has no love when it comes to dvd box sets . Kill me.
AND, the the five seiyuu actresses who voiced Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus just got back together for a reunion event this past month to promote the sales of these new DVD sets.
I don't give a care about those subpar Region 1 DVDs. I'm getting the softsub rips of these awesome high quality Region 2 DVDs.

Not bootlegs per se. I'm trying to download the episodes, movies, and specials online and saving them to a huge USB storage drive that'll let me play them on my computer.Coughler wrote:Sabrblade wrote:In America, yes. I've seen the available bootleg DVD versions, and their quality is even lower than that of the subpar official DVD releases.
So far, I've gotten the three movies and the five specials (though, word has it that even better versions of the five specials will become available to download soon, so I'll get those to replace the ones I currently have when they come out).
Here's what the official U.S. releases look like:

Compared to the remastered version:

(I dunno what's up with the gray bits at the bottom of each image) The newer verisons are so much more brighter and clearer.

I'd love to do a little trivia with you, Sabreblade, but you'd probably smoke me. :p
And yes, it could be for healing, but considering what the two usually use their respective talismans for, ten to one it's Chaos and Unicron doing a team up. prompting a good guy team up.
And of course, Ami would basically disappear into the Ark.

Well, how about I let you go first. Ask me anything from the anime, manga or PGSM (but not from SeraMyu, as I haven't seen any of them yet).RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:I'd love to do a little trivia with you, Sabreblade, but you'd probably smoke me. :p

Answer: Nobody.Coughler wrote:Who owns the DVD distribution rights currently in North America?
The license to distribute the DVDs for Classic and R was previously held by ADV (with DiC, regarding the English dub releases), and the license for DVDs of S, SuperS, and the three movies was held by Pioneer (which later became Geneon).
Both companies lost the rights to distribute Sailor Moon DVDs in North America during 2002, and all North American Sailor Moon DVDs are currently out of print.
Since then, no one has been given the rights by Toei to distribute any more media of the Sailor Moon anime in North America.
In 2008, DiC was bought out by the Cookie Jar Group, Geneon's U.S. division was shut down, and in 2009, ADV sold off its assets to other companies.
However, in 2007, another anime group called FUNimation had expressed an interest the Sailor Moon anime, which began a fan-based campaign to push FUNimation into bringing the series back to the states. Yet, nothing has come out it, other than the occasional tease from FUNimation.
But currently, no one holds the rights to distributing the Sailor Moon anime on DVD in North America, and acquiring the rights to do so is no simple task.

Answer: Cameran (that was simple

Try something a little bit more challenging next round, K?

Near the end of episode 21 ("Protect the Children's Dreams! Friendship Linked by Anime"), there was a song that played during and after the battle between Moon, Mercury, and Mars vs. Castor and Pollux. What is this song called?

According to the ADV subs, her last sentence spoken was...
Mercury (refering to her mini supercomputer): "Maybe this will be the last time I use this."
Then a yell, and then she collapsed.
What gender are the Sailor Starlights A.K.A. Three Lights?

I believe... in the manga, women dressed as men. In the anime, they change from men in civilian form to women in Senshi form.

Yeah, but they were still really females under those male body forms (I did not that change of making them transexuals in the anime instead of just crossdressers).RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:I believe... in the manga, women dressed as men. As for who killed Manga Jadeite and how, first Moon used "Moon Frisbee" ("Moon Tiara Boomerang" in the revised version") on Jadeite, but he grabbed it. Then the tiara wrapped itself around Jadeite. When Rei turned into Sailor Mars, she incinerated Jadeite with the flames of her "Akuryo Taisen!" technique.
True or false: In the anime, the Sailor Senshi other than Moon and Chibi Moon were stated to also be princesses of their own respective planets.

I preferred his anime death, but mileage varies.
I believe that was stated only in the manga. Not in the anime.

PGSM Act 6: 転校生はセーラージュピター ("Tenkousei wa SĒRĀ JUPITĀ" "The Transfer Student is Sailor Jupiter")

Due to certain circumstances, I won't be able to access a computer after this moment, so I'll hold off on asking another question for a while. I should be back online by this weekend, at the latest.
