Well I have decided that a I want a planet... so I am forced to ask the age old question, Who is better?
I have a few factors to keep in mind
1- EBAY: yep I live in smaller area of canada so Online is my only option for this, so shipping will be Painfull..
2- Cost: I see Unicron go for 100+ ca, but primus for 50? whats with this?
3- What is the overall better toy? I love unicron! his big scary and old school, but primus IS sibertron! my only complaint with him is the Omega lock.. I realy dislike needing somthing extra to transformer things...
well any opinions and info are gladly accepted. Please feel free to leave any info that I may find usefull, thanks!

Both are equally cool, but Primus is newer so he's cheaper. And Primus is smaler. I would sugest to get both but Unicron first, so you'll be able to get him wile he's still afordable.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

I got my uni for $25 at a comic shop he is loose complete and bad ass, you should be able to get him cheaper than $100 on ebay unless you want it mint in box. Primus I just got at botcon for $40. The box is beat up but I havn't gotten around to taking him out yet. That being said as soon as I had one I had to have the other and soon so will you. Maybe you need to track down Unicron first because he's older and getting pricer and harder to come by.TX

For those of us who bought like five Unicrons when they were on sale, hoping to someday turn a profit, that is good news.
Bad news for those just getting into the hobby and wanting one.

I've got 2 orange unicrons, one black, and a 3 primus.
I like the orange unicron because of the movie. The black one because its just neat. Primus because its complex, large, neat, and was on sale for $25 at HTS.

How much for Unicron/Primus?
Well there are probably a similar number of each figure out in the world (Unicron got a repaint, Primus was delivered in multitudes everywhere), but because Primus is newer there are more of him still available on toy shelves.
Primus was about US$50 when he was first out, and can still be found so I certainly would not be willing to pay more than that for a loose one.
Unicron was also about US$50 when he came out, but he is harder to find, so you'll probably end up paying more.
Dont forget these guys are fairly large, so if you use ebay, you will probably get really ripped off for shipping.
