Any news of a Hasbro Masterpiece Skywarp?

Postby Wordsworth999 » Fri Sep 21, 2007 10:18 pm

Hello,

I really have liked the American Masterpiece toys much better than the Takara ones. I am trying to decide if I should spend on MP 6 Skywarp, or wait for an American release. Any chance that Hasbro will release skywarp? Any news of it?

Thanks

Probably will depend on how well MP Starscream sells. The shelves around here are overflowing with the 20th anniversary and DVD Primes.

I don't expect Starscream to be a shelfwarmer... but who knows.

The ones with the black or gray guns? I have been looking really hard for one. What area are you in? I can never find the battle damaged prime :(

Weapon: Double-Barreled, Armor-Piercing Particle Beam Cann...
People are gonna buy Starscream since he'll have the right paint job, aside from the battle damage. Skywarp doesn't have this problem, so those that bought the imported version already likely won't bother.

There are a few of the Battle Damaged, black gun version, and tons of the "Orange", blue gun DVD version. I picked up the Blue Gun DVD version, because he comes with a nifty base with sound features, and I like him better without the battle damage.

Battle Damaged Prime is $69.99
DVD Prime is between $19.99 and $48.99, depending on which Wal-Mart you go to.
