Looks to me like it's the Bumblebee keychain reissue with the keychain removed. You can tell because of the plastic ring on the rear bumper of the car.

They are actualy guilty of key word spamming. eBay has a policy about this.
They chose the word 'ultimate' to get more hits on searches, even though it is not the real ultimate Bumblebee. ebay sends warnings to people when they list used items with "like new" in the keyword title because the used item would also appear in searches for 'new' items.

This is true. If you report "keyword spamming"(that auction is a prime example) Ebay will make them take the auction down. Someone should report them.
