1- Beast wars best of all the toons
2- G1 Including the Japanese ones Headmasters, SGMF, and Victory
3- RID total fun, plus Skybite was awesome!
4-Cybertron, best of the unicron trilogy, I loved coby and Lori, and Vector Primes final sacrifice was as good as Dinobots in code of a hero!

If I were to put every Transformers cartoon series that I've seen in an order that regards how I viewed them in terms of greatness, quality, and enjoyment (with #1 being the best), I'd order them like this:
1. Beast Wars
2. Animated
3. Super-god Masterforce
4. A tie between Beast Machines & Robots in Disguise
5. Cybertron
6. The Headmasters
7. A tie between G1, Victory, and Armada
8. Go-Bots
9. Energon
10. Universe (2008)
I’ve only seen 4 episodes of Beast Wars II, none of Beast Wars Neo, and only 5 of the Cyber Missions. So, I can’t fully judge any of those.

Energon?!! That was your favorite?!! The most flawed of all Transformers series was your favorite?!!

And, what do you mean by "Dinobot"? There was no such cartoon series called that.

Man, I gotta say, I'm surprised by all the BW fans here. Personally, I didn't care for it, but then again I never watched a whole lot. Still, I prefer to see hand-drawn robots turn into cars rather than CG animals...

Re: Favorite Transformers TV series
Either G1 or Beast Wars. I honestly don't know.
It's been said before for a reason; Beast Wars had better writing. Nice story arcs, all that fun stuff. It was also easier to relate to the characters because they had a fixed cast for most of the series(I get that this is likely due to the costliness of creating new character mold for CGI compared to traditional animation, but whatever...), and made attempts to explain later additions. In G1, post-movie especially, characters just randomly came and went, with no regard to continuity.
Though, a big thing I didn't like about BW was the childish humor(Low Road?) that they tended to throw in.
I don't understand why I like G1 as much as I do, considering it ended before I was even born, but somehow it manages to get through to me despite it's numerous errors.

G1 is my fav as this is what I grew up with. I recently picked up the DVD sets and began rewatching them. I'd have to say the Movie through season 4 are my fav.

Generation 1; particularly seasons 2 and 3. While Beast Wars was probably the best Transformers series in terms of writing quality, Generation 1, to me, had by far the most interesting cast of characters.
My favorite character was probably Ultra Magnus: the silent workhorse. His insecurity, in spite of him being one of the best soldiers and leaders the autobots had, was something that really appealed to me.
