These be out at independant retailers now,
Got TC in Daniels in Windsor, they had R Ratchet as well @ £20, plenty of both too :)

Toy dept. is a toymaster IIRC so is worth checking yr l;ocal branch...

or, when they were spinning the globe to decide where to send an extra few cases of tc/rr, they ended up with thier finger on the uk.
