The fact that he can still serve as Starscream's weapon is highly amusing, however.

I personally think these are pretty cool. I love the packaging.

As a toy, not all that cool, but as a collector, it doesn't get much better than that. Just my opinion, but items that have that level of camp value, tend to fetch for a decent amount of coin later on.
