I mean the year is almost over and they expect Kingdom to be out next year . What is the hold up wiht Hasbro ?

It's not Hasbro per se, it's stores not ordering new stock (which may have Wave 2) because old stock is left hanging. Hell, my local Target still has plenty of Siege Shockwave, and as a result no Earthrise Leaders whatsoever!

Yeah its pretty annoying. Stuff is trickling in little by little, just have to keep checking regularly, and in multiple locations.

I know it's silly to be annoyed by the availability of toys...
But I get it... It is getting a bit frustrating (relatively speaking).

Pretty sure Hasbro has *something* to do with it. Why else does Pulse keep pushing back the shipping dates on Wave 2? When they were first made available for pre-order back in February, they were estimated to ship by September 1st. I've gotten two separate updates to my Pulse order for Arcee re-assigning her to [different] dates in October.

Only on the production and shipping side of things. It's still the individual chain that does the ordering and storing in their warehouses, and the individual stores in that chain that request stock from there depending on demand. Nothing is bought, no need to restock.
