Titanium War Within Grimlock, Where do I find that Bumblebee??

On the first page news sectuion there are images of the War Within Grimlock, inside his tank format, there is a Bumblebee figure that looks awesomely articulated?? where did it come from? Is it transformable, and where do I find it?
