anyone knows who would win?

Dunno really............all I know about Bloodia from Jin is from Marvel game. But for sake of argument, i'll say Bloodia from Jin, seeing what damage it use to do in a game.I think it was marvel vs Xmen.

No it was Marvel vs. Capcom and Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Jin comes from Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness and Bloodia first apeared in Armored Warriors. And I'm not sure he can win this fight. No matter how much I like the character, Bloodia's technology is so much inferior. Even if Bloodia can deal a good (yet not outstanding) amount of damage to human sized characters, he'll have to punch and shoot OP a whole lot of time to beat him. Bloodia isn't fast enough, he's not strong enough and he's not powerful enough to beat the leader of the autobots. I know what I'm talking about.

I dunno much about Bloodia etc......So yeah it was marvel vs Capcom.......... and Capcom 2. I played it like 3or 4 yearsago...........
