She-ra, as her creators claim she is the most powerful women in the universe. DC on the other hand say Wonder Woman is only the mightiest woman on Earth.

Wonder Woman would also make tactical mistakes as she would be jealous of She-ra's greater beauty!

IIRC she ra was more portrayed to use brain over brawn when a problem arises which proves she's not dumb like a stereotypical blonde

Both of them have strapless tops that would soon fall down. That's not the best idea for extreme action women.

Wonder Woman is more of a warrior and can fly. I think that both would be more likely to talk things out rather than fight. They don't want to damage the people/creatures/buildings around them.

If it came to a fight, I'm betting on Wonder Woman. She could drop She-Ra from a great height.
