Check this guy out. He is stamped Takara and has no date (I'm sure there's something written about it somewhere) so I'm guessing it's the first ever USA TF edition (feel free to chime in if you have information on the various copyright variations printed on 80s versions of this toy). I bought it as part of a guys boxed collection in 1992, long before it was worth making knock offs. I'd trade for a few gray trypticon accessories or a nice Impossible Toys Arcee.

Does anyone have information on the mold copyright dating variation years and volume for this 80s toy?
