I dont know how to upgrade and get weapons. Could someone please tell me how to do it

weapons are an option in the edit profile page.
upgrading from a minicon is just post cout, but no spammin'

Not as far as I'm aware, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a list somewhere.
It happens automatically, btw.
But I think (don't hold me to this) that the first milestone is at 50 posts
