insecticons tru version: energon included?

Does the insecticons tru version have energon cubes included? Or which re issue versions have the energon cubes?

The Takara bookstyle reissues had the Energon cubes. The e-hobby ones did too. The new Hasbro reissues do not include them.

Nope, the latest reissue of the Insecticons does not come with energon cubes.
Those are exclusive to the Takara Transformers Collection book-type reissue. TFC 16, I believe.
