Is this Hasbro or Takara?

Please excuse my noobiness. This is on cybertron supreme starscream I picked up on ebay. (See photo below) So is it takara or hasbro? Why are both listed? Or is that the norm for all takara figures? Thanks in advance.

Technically it's a Hasbro release, but "imported" by Takara as a USA Edition and thus not part of the Galaxy Force line proper.
Unicron Trilogy toya all say Hasbro and Takara because the toys in the series were co-created by both companies. Nowadays Hasbro does most of the design work, while TakaraTomy, as the main franchise holder handles production and licensing to Hasbro.
