Weak sauce.
I've seen a dog that was hit by a car. Otis is dead by now. If he's real.
And come on, please. What's the money even going towards? A vet's a vet. It can only do so much.
If you're really concerned, Robinson, just send him an email explaining this is not the way to get help. It's too suspect. Wish him luck and don't look back. If it's fake, no big deal. If it's real, you did the only safe thing you could.

There's a positive and negative to all of this.
Positive: We're just one bit smarter because of all of the people and their "Boy Who Cried Wolf" tactics. We don't fall for the trap now.
Negative: We've become so jaded that something like this could be legit (and it's happened in the past, people have been online *and* honest...) and we'd turn a blind eye because it's easier just to say "screw it" and go on about our lives.
I'm hoping this isn't real, so the dog and his owner don't suffer.
I'm hoping a piece of it's honest so we snap out of our jaded mentalities and we get a wake up call.
I want to have hope for the human race, I really do.

Okay, I admit, this one got me. None of the other ones even made me smirk, but this one...I busted out laughing. My dad's looking at me like an idiot right now.

Well, unlike dog boy, I ain't lying. Don't buy a new chair for under $20. I've flattened the padding and it ain't pretty.

Eat more. Fatter asses need less padding.

Jesus, it's gotten to the point to where the padding plus my ass isn't enough to be comfortable. Even a pillow doesn't work anymore. That's how bad this chair is.

May I suggest to use the couch?

Same difference, except you know you aren't being cheated.
Another option is just to donate money to your local shelter in general.
I use to donate time at the local animal shelter as well as bring bags of food over and stuff. It is true you can see what you do makes a difference and being an animla lover it makes me feel good as well.

I would if the couch weren't downstairs. I'm on a PC, so it's not that portable. I'm gonna get a nicer office chair when I have a few extra bucks.

Moonbase, Burn, and the rest of you cut the crap out. Robinson posted something he flet was sincere. We've all received the e-mail from the guy with the $25 million, but this one could be real, or it might not. Caelus gave Robinson good advice so please stop with the spam.

Well, I suppose if you really wanted to find out if it were legit, you could ask the man for the name of his vet and the veternary hospital he was associated with and their address, find out from the phone company whether or not the place actually exists and if so use the # the phone company gives you to call the hospital and find out if Otis is one of their patients and has he been recently injured.

Site doesn't seem to be working for me... Ah well, I couldn't believe it was real if I wanted to.
Funny, I have a friend named Robert with a dog named Otis... what are the odds?
