As the series wasn't called Robots In Disguise in Japan, and they're Jetix DVDs, it seems unlikely they'd be in Japanese.
And why does Prime have cracks on his head? Does metal even crack like that?

For anyone who hasn't seen Spotlight: Sledge (and why not?!), my gritty and dark fanfiction piece "Holiday" is posted here.

I believe that they are the UK releases of the Car Robots/R.I.D series.

Lets see...
Amazon.co.uk
English language writing
Not a sign of any Japanese writing
Robots in Disguise is the English name
Jetix logo
"PG" - an English rating system
I'd say it is English.
Oh, & metal will crack like that, transformers have often been seen with cracks in them from battle damage. Look at the beat-up Prime in the original movie.

It's actually a good question.
The majority of the new Takara Collection (Headmaster, Victory and Targetmaster, was it?) brought out in Great Britain don't have an English voice track but are subtitled in English.
So just because it is on an English site and no Japanese in sight, doesn't mean it is in English.
But since it is from Jetix the chances are extremly high, that it indeed comes with an English dub (the question would be, does it come with the original Japanese dub).

The box picture says it's Robots in Disguise, so it's going to be in English. Sure, the review (which would have been written by some random web browsing person) says Yuki rather Koji. They got it wrong - these things happen.

Only if he has a headache.
Cartoons always depict metal damage as cracks. When in fact, if a metal cracked, it is already in total failure. Unusable.
