Are either of these Transformers Series available on DVD? And do both or either of them have English subtitles? Appreicate any info on this!

Currently Sony Japan hold the rights to both BWII & Neo, TV loonland plans on getting the rights from them and them Metrodome will release them on DVD, Hopefully.
