RTS voyager Lugnut. Glorious in both modes. He's also hugenormous for a voyager figure.

DotM Target Exclusive Starscream. Yeah, it's the RotF mold, but it came out in 2011 so it count. Ugly desing, solid non-clear red cockpit and eyes, elbows that bend the wrong way and the worst offender, the hands sticking out of the rear jet. That **** made me rage.

DotM deluxe Bumblebee. I expected an average toy. What I got was a perfect vehicle, a perfect robot, and a very clever and fun transformation.

Ultimate Optimus Prime relase and price. They say it was not coming into Canada before December 2011. And it was going to be 100$+tax. So, I was impacient to have him so I bought him off Ebay at 130$ total. The toy itself is very great. But then, Prime got released in Canada in August 2011. It was not long before it went from 100$ to 90$, to even 70$. Sigh... At least, I could get another one at... 50$+tax! That second one, I'll keep sealed.
Honorable mention to the 25th anniversary edition Unicron. It finally came out in Canada for 90$+tax. But not in Québec because the box is in english only. So, I had to relay on Ebay again. I was lucky to get it at 90$ total. Unfortunately, just to make sure nothing is ever perfect, the minicon Kranix have two right feet.
