Kind of similar to RHA's bragging time thread. Which among the Tomy/Takara re-issues are in your opinions stepped up the plate and gave more than just a re-issue?Reasons would be appreciated.
1. Devastar 20-A. I hated Tomy for releasing this 1 year late in place of Encore 20. Best re-issue so far in that the mold did not show signs of deterioration and for better or for worse made him more anime accurate.
2. iPod Optimus Prime mold. MP-01 head, painted plastic,articulated head.TFC and New Years version cme close to second.
3. Starconvoy (under appreciated) improved "decorations"/paint apps over the original. No deterioration noticed.
4. Encore cars (optics, paint apps)yay and nay for Meister though, owing to some mold deterioration on his shoulder flame throwers
5. TFC Starscream and Megatron with the added weapons.
Honorable mention to Metroplex,Omega Supreme and Skylynx
