You can't even compare Blade and Buffy in H2H. Blade's faster, more brutal, and more coordinated.
Plus... he uses guns.

Blade...hands down. He could easily overpower her strength wise. Well..that's my opinion.

Strength- Buffy wins, she has great strength able to hand to hand fight demons and vampires.
Speed- Blade wins this, being able to tag Decon Frost should be enough proof, buffy onlys to be peak human, the vampires in that show/film were all very slow.
Durability- Buffy wins,she was taken punchs from that God that should of killed her with ease. Saying that she could die to a Bullet...
Skill- Both have equal imo, Blade is trained and has his vampiric finess to aid him.
Weapons- Blade wins, Guns, acid edged blades, grenades and other explosives much better than buffs X bow and stakes....
Over All...
Blade would take this with relative ease.
Buffy would quickly be shot in the head, while blade has the agility to evade any attack she does and has better weaponary. Buffys strong points will not aid her in this battle.

Blade certainly has a lot of weapons but Buffy clamps her thighs around his head and suffocates him with her Guffy Muffy. Buffy's Scruffy Guffy Muffy wins.
