I hear ya on that! Even though Prime Ratchet is my current go-to for the character....he's different than the G1 Ratchet I grew up with in the cartoon, IDW Ratchet and (especially!) the Marvel comics incarnation. The one thing they all have in common, however, is his gift of fixing/repairs.

Love wreck-gar new plates he looks really fun to mess around with.

I am really going to miss this current iteration of the TF Universe that IDW provided -- it was different by showing us the post-great-war days, and let the bots be bots. But with plenty of the good ol' ultra-violence, too.

Funnily enough my brothers g1 jetfire suffered the exact same fate with the hinges.

I think a lot of Jetfires went that way, ZeroWolf! I only wish I still had the arms and all the accessories -- I'd try to fix him somehow....

I went into the attic last night, looking for a figure I thought I had bought...but never opened: my Megahouse Metal Gear REX.

Instead, I found a gift my best friend had gotten me years ago for Xmas: my Revol Mini, Solid Snake!
I eventually found REX, and plan to finally free him from his packaging...!

Nice! It's a shame snake didn't come with a cardboard box though. Rex is a fine looking machine, but it's no jehuty or anubis

I impulse-bought Cyberverse Slipstream -- and for a mere $3 more than her MSRP, I picked up Sideways! Having never watched Armada, he was completely new to me -- but he's quickly become a favorite, inspring lots of pics.

Sideways is in desperate need of an update, he's great as is but he could be so much more.

You're absolutely right, Zero -- an update could be really cool! I am getting my $10 out of him though.
