A friend of mine sent me a small comic strip that looks rather interesting, however it's in Russian (I think it's Russian) and I'd like it translated please.

The strip itself is Hitler battling Stalin using wizard-like powers, so if either dictator offends you, please don't click on the link.

Caelus will do it. I will make him. He skimmed it and giggled. He thinks he recognized enough of that if he still has his dictionary then he can translate it.
