Can the heads for onslaught from headrobots go on the universe powerglide mold?

Just what the title says. I got the universe 2.0 stormcloud today but the head to me looks bad those colors.

From what I remember from taking apart Powerglide, the neck is completely different. If you're willing to sacrifice the electronics, you can make a new neck for the head to connect to.
