D'oh the low down for 1337.

1337 is derived from the term Elite. The term was coined by Hackers or Haxxorz. This developed into the language noted above. Then gamers began using the language. The term n00b then came into prominence. Now the entire 1337 language has been more or less adopted by uber geeks the world over.

However 1337 isn't used like that Discharge. It's generally only used for certain words or letters.

Eh, I don't buy into ideas of something overthrowing humanity. Super intelligent computers? Well its your own fault for creating one with the motive and capability to kill you. Zombie apocalipse? they walk so slow how do they ever get to infect anyone? Surely humanity would wipe them out if they got too close to a technology level that could threaten us.
