Well I got my own Battle Pack yesterday, and I LOVE this little toy. Great articulation for a small fry, and the armor is DYN-O-MITE! Especially the ax, which could easily be wielded by a deluxe figure. The Alt mode is so so, but he makes up for it in bot.
Folks were bemoaning these fig's lack of paint. I personally love it, and think it's an awesome bit of toy design trickery when a figure can look good with all their various parts cast in the appropriate colors with minimal paint.

The Hasbro designer who did Bludgeon was smokin' some Jim Henson. This little guy reminds me of the awesome cannon ball goblins from Labyrinth.

I saw those battles packs Monday. I almost picked up OP. He looked like a fun fig, but his little bomb-omb buddy was really calling my name.

I want that lil blue round one in the 4 pack as well. I can't remember his name off the top of my head, Severe maybe?

You know what, he really is. I always find him enteraining.

There has been a little talk on the boards and such. The jest is that you have to have a shtick to stand out. I noticed while watching Thew that he also has a shtick.

He is one of the few of only that does there review in front of the camera (he's also very charismatic and just fun to watch). Everyone else is just disembodied hands.

Most of the big guys have catch too. The ones that don't, just tend to not get many views.

Thew, Charles of RPA, Ben of Ben's Collectibles, Shartimus Prime and Internet Personality Vangelus. Those are the ones I subscribe to. I used to subscribe to more but I tend to agree with and respect these guys the most.

Shartimus? I think I'm subscribed but I can't remember what he's like.

Even if its a toy review, I like to be entertained. So I pretty much only watch Thew and Vangelus. If I'm just looking for technical info then I'll watch whatever. Shartimus is ok, but I can't take a guy seriously if "shart" is part of his name

Thew, Jeremy Jhans, TJ Omega, Nostalgia Critic, Angry Joe and Brad Jones for midnight reviews.

What I like about those guys is how they level with you. They tell you why they like something in a totally heartfelt fashion and also tell you why you dont like something. You end up getting a good sense of their tastes and thus have an easier way of comparing them to yours and seeing where you fit.

I also like Emgo, but he's a bit too long at times.

I don't know. I don't really watch a ton of reviews. they all go on a little to long IMO.

Chuckdawg - I like his sensibility. He's short and to the point, and I have had some dealings with him and he was real nice.
Thew - Because he makes a real hilarious interweb TV show that makes me laugh every time.

Good call on youheidex. I just went and subbed to the channel. I could watch a full show in that style. It's just packed full of that old school japan cartoon sounds goodness.

Hahahaha! Optibotimus is a pompous pr*ck (he was gonna start charging to watch his videos). I Also feel that way about TJ Omega can't stand to hear that lads voice either .

Shartimusprime is another who let this "youtube celebrity" thing go to his head (He did an autograph session at a convention WTF) Iv'e watched him for years and he's changed a lot . I don't bother him now ,i feel he just reviews everything he thinks is popular , the lads into every figure line out there it's stupid.

I like to watch these guys for TF reviews , i get everything i need to know official 3rdp and KO between them , but i watch a whole lot more especially for other figures.
