Super-powered Snarl wins it in a straight fight. If the Combaticons strike from a distance, they could wear down the Dinobots. Onslaught's big cannons are the main weapon. Blast-Off's X-ray laser is also powerful, even from thousands of miles away (apparently).

The outcome depends on distance.
